Join the Core Team in preparation for the Demonstration Week (16-20 September). Focus areas during the week include planning for the upcoming event, testing the scenarios and finishing integration. This is an opportunity to perform practical tests and practice your demonstrations, as well as perform data collections.

This event is primarily aimed at those who are performing demonstrations during the Demonstration Week.

Information about logistics

The prices of the event are listed in the participation form below. All prices are excluding VAT. The WARA-PS team will be responsible for all bookings at Gränsö Slott. The last day to cancel you participation is August 30th. If you cancel after this date, you will be billed for the costs.

Payments are done in the reception of Gränsö Slott upon arrival. If you are joining with a larger group, you can receive an invoice instead. In this case, please include billing information and participant names under “Other information” in the form.

We will arrange accomodations at Gränsö Slott, and hotel rooms will be prioritized for participants staying the entire week and/or performing demonstrations. Other options are Best Western Västervik or Slottsholmen Västervik, where participants handle their own bookings. You will receive a separate confirmation when you have been assigned a room at Gränsö Slott.
